I'm Michael Reich, founder of trefox GmbH. We built Meetbolt because scheduling was the easy part and everything after the meeting was still chaos. We are building the rest in the open, with a public roadmap and without locking you into one vendor.

Questions, answered

What is Meetbolt today?

A scheduling tool: booking links, availability, calendar sync, team booking pages and a website widget. A free plan is included.

What is meeting management, and when will Meetbolt have it?

Meeting management covers the whole lifecycle: the agenda before, the decisions during, the minutes and tasks after. We are building this next. The roadmap shows what is available, what comes next and what is planned, without dates we cannot keep.

Do I need Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

No. Meetbolt connects to Google, Microsoft and Apple calendars and works with any of them, or several at once.

Where is my data stored?

On servers at Hetzner in Germany, operated by trefox GmbH. We provide a data processing agreement on request.

Will a bot join my calls for AI minutes?

No. AI minutes are planned to work from a transcript you upload or from Google Meet transcripts. Nothing joins your call.

How much does it cost?

There is a free plan. Paid plans start at 10 € per month. Meeting features will be included in Standard and Pro at no extra cost.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Standard includes two members, Pro up to twenty, each with their own booking page under your team.

How do I log in?

With your email address and password. If you forget it, you can reset it by email.

Can I cancel anytime?

Paid plans run for a minimum of one month and can then be cancelled with one month's notice. The free plan has no commitment.

Is there a demo?

Yes. Book a short walkthrough with the founder, through Meetbolt's own booking widget.
